Mathew Vineyard is a small boutique winery located in the beautiful Fallbrook area. We specialize in crafting small batches of Zinfandel, Merlot, and Syrah wines to compliment spicy Indian food. Please contact us to make an appointment for our Indian food and wine tasting event.
Our story.....
We are a small boutique winery specializes in making wines that compliment with spicy Indian food.
Italian Merlot, Santa rosa Zinfandel and Syrah vines were planted in 2017. In 2021 we harvested the grapes and made our first batch of wine to serve at Thomas & Lauren's wedding held at the property. Our first batch turned out to be a big success.
We made Merlot Jelly as a wedding favor and everyone loved it so much, we decided to make it available for sale.
We do not use any pesticides in our vineyard. We carefully harvest our grapes and select only the very best grapes to make the wine. Before crushing we wash the grapes to remove any other possible contaminants.
We are only making very limited quantities of wine and Jelly and will be available by appointment only.
